The People's Theatre is proud to bring this interpretation of Alan Parker's play version of his film script to the stage. Performed by the Young People's Theatre this is a play which people of all ages will enjoy, be you 8 or 80! Featuring characters we all know - Fat Sam, Blousy, Tallulah and, of course, Bugsy himself, this is a romp of a show that'll have you tapping your feet and singing along to songs such as "We could be anything we wanted to be", "Tomorrow", "My Name is Tallulah" and "You give a little love".
Having started our Centenary year with a production of Pygmalion it's fitting that the start of our next 100 years begins with a show performed by the future of our Theatre, the Young People's Theatre.
