A Midsummer Night's Dream
Hermia loves Lysander. Helena loves Demetrius. But Demetrius loves Hermia. When these four desperate, mixed up lovers steal away into the enchanted forest outside ancient Athens they are spied by Oberon, King of the Fairies. Oberon dispatches his mischievous and incompetent servant Puck to fetch a flower, once hit by Cupid's arrows, containing the magic that can solve the lovers' entanglements.
Meanwhile, a troupe of amateur actors have come to the same woods to rehearse a play. But they too will be caught in the web of domestic discord Oberon is enduring with his Queen, the proud Titania.
One of Shakespeare's most popular and enduring plays, a heady mix of enchantment, romance, comedy and desire.
