** UPDATE **

It’s the news we’ve all been waiting for!

We are delighted to tell you that the People’s Theatre doors are re-opening and our first live production back onstage will be this September!

We will then begin to get back to a regular programme, including the return of the much-loved People’s Pantomime!

SLEEPING BEAUTY by Tom Whalley will take to our stage in December.

Tickets will go on sale in August when our Box Office re-opens.  

That doesn’t mean we’ve been resting on our laurels, however, and over the last few months we’ve been rehearsing and recording our very first online production - QUEERS curated by Mark Gatiss (‘Doctor Who’, ‘Sherlock’). 

Across six monologues, QUEERS celebrates a century of evolving social attitudes and political milestones in British gay history, from the perspective of people whose lives it affected.

These moving, funny and celebratory rites-of-passage stories will be available to watch next month and we can’t wait to share them with you!
