Description
When a rebellious teenager runs away from home, she falls in with a crowd who seek to exploit her and lead her further astray. There’s no escape as she desperately tries to find her true self.
This new piece takes its inspiration from Ibsen’s dramatic poem Peer Gynt which chronicles the epic journey of its title character from the Norwegian mountains to the North African desert and back.
This reinterpretation by our talented Young People’s Theatre seeks to expose the madness of the modern world where superficiality and self-obsession run rife, and the truth depends on who is listening.
