Description

"cleverly devised ... the jump scares hit home" - Northern Arts Review

*************

In a remote Cornish railway station there's a legend of a phantom locomotive sweeping through the village leaving death in its wake.

When a group of passengers miss the last connection of the night, they find themselves stranded in the gloomy station waiting room. Ignoring the ominous warnings of the Station Master, they decide to stay where they are until morning – with terrifying consequences.

This comedy-thriller by Arnold Ridley (best known for playing Private Godfrey in Dad’s Army) has been delighting and scaring audiences for over a hundred years, and is the perfect way to get in the mood for Halloween!
